What do you need to know about Game Switching?

Game Switching allows you to have two services to switch between at any certain time. For example you have an Americas Army 16 slot server and a Bad Company 2 16 Slot server. And lets say you want to run the Bad Company 2 Server you switch to the Bad Company 2 Server your Americas Army server will be stopped automatically and vise versa. At any time you may only have 1 of the 2 services running.

How much does it cost and how does the billing work?

Game Switching for 2 services costs $10 dollars per month. The billing part of Game Switching will work as follows. If you have the following services for example Americas Army 16 slot server and a Bad Company 2 server. You will pay for whichever service is higher in dollar value per month plus the $10 dollar Add On for Game Switching.

Once you have got setup with Game Switching in order to switch a game to a different game it will cost $5 dollars one time. Example you order game switching and you get Bad Company 2 and Call of duty 4 setup with your new game switcher. If you wanted to switch Call Of Duty 4 for a different game it will be a one time fee of $5 dollars to install the new game for you.

Why should I use game switching?

Game switching benefits a team that plays between a few different games but doesnt want to pay for both servers and they sit empty most the time. You are able to switch between what game your team feels like playing with the click of a mouse.

If I have 2 Services setup in Game Switcher and I want a 3rd added to switch to does it cost me money?

Yes, if you want to add another service to your game switcher it will cost a one time $10 dollar game service add on charge. Example you have an AA server and a Bad Company 2 Server in your switcher and you want to add a Call of Duty 4 to it. That would cost you a one time fee of $10 dollars to get Call Of Duty 4 added. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have 3 services in your game switcher you still can only run 1 server at a time. If you want to run more than 1 you will need to contact our billing team to get it setup in billing
