First and foremost if you are cancelling for any reason related to your server not performing properly contact us and let us know the issue so we can make it right to keep your business. However if you wish to cancel your service and want to properly complete this task you are at the right place. Follow the instructions below to cancel your service with us at Primary Target.

Step 1. Login to http://billing.primarytarget.com/clientarea.php ( Email and Password )
Step 2. Click My Products and Services once logged in.
Step 3. On the service you wish to cancel press the little button on the right side with a green arrow on it.
Step 4. Once you have clicked the button scroll to the bottom and click request cancellation
Step 5. Here you can describe why your cancelling and choose Immediate or End of billing period

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW: Paypal Users Read Below!
"Cancel Immediate" When cancelling if you choose Immediate we will terminate the service the next day with no refunds or compensation.
"Cancel End Of Billing Period" When cancelling end of billing period we will cancel the service on the day your next invoice is due.

When cancelling it is the customers responsibility to cancel any Paypal Subscriptions in your paypal account. To delete your paypal subscriptions here is how to do so.
